Your workspace reservation
Once you know where you are going to work or where you are going to organize your reception, all you have to do is go there!
Send a message to the owner to arrange arrival time and details of your arrival, such as key collection.
We will send you an e-mail containing the itinerary of your business trip, the code to give to the owner (he will receive the same code), your receipt and the coordinates of the workspace or the place of reception that you have reserved. You can also view your reservation details, change your plans or cancel your reservation from the My business Travel section on your personal account page.
While using your space
If problems occur while using your workspace or receiving area, be sure to contact the owner. In most cases, he is the best person to help you. If the owner can not solve the problem, please contact us.
After using your space
Give your opinion on the owner and his space so that other users can learn from your experience. The owner will also have the opportunity to write an opinion about you.
