How should I communicate with users ?
One of Air for B's Standards is communication. It's important to respond to booking inquiries and reservation requests within 24 hours. Before you confirm a booking, get to know the prospective user of the property.
Responding to users
Every time a user reaches out—whether you have a booking with them or not—it's important that you respond quickly. Timely responses show users that you’re a serious owner.
Before users arrives
When you have a confirmed booking that's about to begin, you should communicate with the users shortly before their arrival. Ensure they know how to reach the workspace for example.
If something has changed in your workplace the future users would certainly like to know, think about updating your ad or inform the user before it arrives.
